  There's always some kind of sale going on and there's always an opportunity for more savings via an online coupon. I needed a new suit and showed up during a buy one get one free sale. I got 50$ vouchers for each suit, showed up during a buy one get one half off sale on shirts and had an online coupon for an extra 30$ off. It might just be a marketing ploy... but it worked on me.

  Staff did not even acknowledge with a greeting that I was in the store. They did not get my 50 bucks for a tie, nor will they ever. They were too busy talkong to each other at the counter to ask if i needed help. Not the proper way to conduct business.

  Had a great experience recently with all the staff, especially brandon. I went in with a budget and what I was looking for. He did not try to push anything on me that I wasn't looking for and was honest throughout the whole process. Afterwards, one of my pairs of pants ripped, and they took it back without any hassle and repaired them promptly. Brandon personally kept me updated on the status of the pants which went above and beyond my expectations. thanks

  They gave us some of the wrong clothes for a wedding rental which one would think is pretty easy to get right with our small wedding party, but no, they screwed it up. Service is iffy with the person taking care of you seeming to always leave to help someone else and being gone for too long. Some employees were borderline rude and the whole place could stand to be cleaned. Cobwebs and dust seen in multiple locations.
