  Was told I could return my apple earphones by the manager who sold them to me if I had any issues at all. Went in and the girl at the counter said they couldn't replace them because it was physical damage which was not specified when I bought the earphones. She didn't even try to help and was completely arrogant. Called Apple and they said I should go back to the store and they should be replacing them since I was told they would be replaced for any issue. Not to mention they're 50$ earphones and I had only had them for 2 weeks. Needless to say I walked out with a new replacement pair (which I was told a hundred times isn't something they usually do for physical damage as if they were going above and beyond for me when really I was getting the service I was promised when I bought them ) I will never buy anything from this store again.

  Horrible customer service, staff do not care what you have to say and do not want to help. Waiting time is awful and when asked to speak to a manager was told "were all equal here".

  Have shopped at jump for multiple apple products and have also had a few minor replacements on my Iphone, The staff take great care in their customers and I could not complain one bit. Fantastic customer service!

  Great experience with jump plus. They went above and beyond! The sales team was helpful and the manger was approachable and knowledgeable.

  The ethernet connection on my mac stopped working. After speaking with apple they told me the easiest way to resolve the problem was to take it in to Jump Plus in Dieppe. Apple told me that even though we are 36 days out of warranty, they would cover it. When I called jump plus they told me they would charge me $60 just to look at it regardless of what apple has told me. Fortunately my WiFi works. Screw you Jump Plus. After reading all the negative reviews on this site I suppose I shouldn't be surprised with this crappy approach.
